Former President Barack Obama has picked his NCAA Tournament brackets, and he has Michigan State winning the men's title and — no surprises — UConn winning the women's championship.

A Democratic group backed by former President Barack Obama said this week it plans to invest millions of dollars in state-level elections in Michigan and ten other states this year.
