Dave Dunckel was one of our storytellers at Pop-Up Stories last night at the Broad Art Museum.

We have a Pop-Up Story out of Iraq by Dave Dunckel from our event last night at the Broad Art Museum.

Thanks to everyone who braved the cold and rain yesterday to make it to our Pop-Up Stories event at the beautiful Broad Art Museum. We had a packed house and a fantastic line up of storytellers talking about their lucky break. If you made it out to the Broad Art Museum, we hope you enjoyed yourself.

If you didn’t make it this time, we hope we see you April 21st for Pop-Up Stories at (SCENE) Metrospace in East Lansing. The theme for those stories will be “Fools Rush In.” Start thinking about all those rash decisions you’ve made and email currentstate@wkar.org to sign up as a storyteller.

Here’s one of our storytellers last night, Dave Dunckel, talking about a time that luck was on his side.
