There’s been a lot of discussion lately about how to get girls interested in the STEM fields. One solution? Hearing the stories of women already doing great things in the tech world. Current State talks with the Michigan women who founded the new podcast "Diva Tech Talk", which aims to do just that.

From Google to Amazon, technology companies are some of the best known and most profitable businesses in the U.S. But only about one-third of the employees at those companies are women. Among leadership positions, it’s closer to one fifth. There’s an effort to change that, though, and a new podcast out of Detroit wants to help by telling the stories of women in the tech industry.

Current State speaks with  Kathleen Norton-Schock and Amanda Lewan about their podcast "Diva Tech Talk."
