Appeals Court Decides Against Casino Vote

The state appeals court is siding with a group that opposes the expansion of casino gambling in Michigan.

Tuesday's ruling means a petition allowing new casinos can't go before voters.

The proposal would have called for a constitutional amendment and would add a fourth casino in Detroit and seven others across the state.
