Event Description

In collaboration with the Lansing Refugee Development Center, the Michigan State University School of Social Work is presenting the stories of Lansing area youth and adult refugees from all over the world at the MSU Museum (409 W Circle Dr., East Lansing) on Thursday, April 19 from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. Cell phone tours inspired by several exhibits throughout the Museum will allow visitors a glimpse into the individual thoughts, aspiration and experiences of Lansing area refugees. In addition to the audio tour, photographs will be on display throughout the Museum accompanied by text about the refugees’ settlement journeys. This event is free and open to the public.
