Detroit Free Press writer Vince Ellis calls in to discuss the Detroit Pistons and what the stance of their team is. It's a new year and many people are beginning a new exercise routine. Steve Morgan of Maximum Athletic Performance calls in discuss all things physical fitness. 

Earle kicks off the show recapping the National Title Game, and some thoughts on NCAA football.  Earle also invites baseball guru, Lynn Henning on the show, and talks Basketball with Matt Charboneau, from the Detroit News.   Earle closes the show with open lines. 

Dwayne Stephens of the Michigan State men's basketball team joins Earle to discuss the team so far this season. Detroit Free Press writer Drew Sharp calls in to discuss the NHL being back in action and the national championship football game.

Scott Moore of the Spartan Sports Network fills in for Earle today.  Rob Woodward, color analyst  for Men's Hockey,discusses the team so far and where he projects them to be. Mo Gearhart, Women's basketball play-by-play announcer, joins Scott to discuss the team so far this season. Lastly, Adam Ruff calls in to discuss Men's basketball. 

Scott Yoshonis of the Lansing State Journal calls in to discuss High School basketball.  The Detroit Lions had an unsuccessful season and have a lot of work in the off season. Dave Birkett of the Detroit Free Press calls in to discuss all things Detroit Lions. 

Jim Adams, one of WKAR's very own, passed away this weekend. This show is in remembrance of him. Earle and callers talk about their wonderful stories of Jim and the great man he was.

The first show of the new year kicks off with Joe Rexrode and Graham Couch joining Earle to discuss Michigan State football and basketball.

Earle and Alex give their bowl predictions from the bowls starting today till the championship game. 

Jim Adams, WKAR's Sports Director from 1961 to 1993, has died at the age of 82.

Jeremy Sampson, from WILX, fills in for Earle today.  He kicks off the show with the breaking news of Michigan State guard, Brandon Kearney.  He calls upon columnist from msuspartans.com Steve Grinzel, commenting on the upcoming Buffalo Wild Wings bowl against TCU. Hockey guru Nate Ewell, from College Hockey Incorporated, discusses the latest in college hockey.  Jeremy opens the line for the rest of the show.
