EAST LANSING, Mich. – With the game tied and 1.5 seconds remaining in regulation, Michigan State point guard Robert Ray Jr. stepped to the free-throw line with two chances – barring a last-second heave – to send the his club team to the national championship.
The road has ended for Michigan State men's basketball and Al is back with Alex to recap what happened. The Duke Blue Devils topped the Michigan State men's basketball team in the Final Four on Saturday, 81 to 61 the final. Justise Winslow scored 19 points, fellow freshman Jahlil Okafor added 18 and senior Quinn Cook had 17 points for Duke. Denzel Valentine lead the way with 22 points and 11 rebounds for the Spartans.
