Legislation up for a vote in Michigan's Legislature would continue the state's 0.08 blood-alcohol limit for drunken driving until 2023.

Mothers Against Drunk Driving will hold a charity walk on Saturday, August 26 at 10:00 a.m. The organization raises money to pay for services of families who have lost a loved one to drunk driving.
