Virg Bernero runs for mayor again

Lansing, MI – Lansing, MI (WKAR) - Lansing Mayor Virg Bernero kicked off his reelection campaign over the weekend.

Bernero is seeking his second term in the Mayor's office.

He told supporters Saturday that the economic crisis faced by the state is an opportunity to improve the community.

Bernero is being challenged by city Councilmember Carol Wood, Lansing Attorney Charles Ford and local musician Ben Hassenger.
