Former MSU football players Josh King, Demetric Vance and Donnie Corley were officially charged with sexual assault on Tuesday morning.

MSU police detective Chad Davis presented evidence to 54B district court Judge Richard Ball, and that evidence led to charges of first and third degree criminal sexual conduct against Josh King. That same evidence resulted in third degree CSC charges against Demetric Vance and Donnie Corley Junior. King also faces a charge of capturing and distributing an image of an unclothed person.

The alleged assaults took place at a party. According to Detective Davis’s statement, King lured the victim into a bathroom and asked for sex, which the victim declined. He then allegedly forced her to perform multiple sex acts; the others then entered the room one at a time; Davis contends that each forced her to perform a sex act without her consent.

Coach Mark Dantonio says all three players have been dismissed from the football program.

Vance, 20, is a redshirt defensive back from Detroit. Corley, 19, is a receiver from Detroit. King, also 19, is a freshman defensive end from Darien, Illinois.
