Silent Lapse

BackStage Pass premieres on January 20, at a new time! Look for us every Sunday at 7 p.m., with encore broadcasts at 8 p.m. the following Saturday on WKAR World and at 11 p.m. that Saturday on WKAR.

We're really excited about this season. It represents a lot of firsts for WKAR.

WKAR recorded the entire season on location in our community for the first time. Perhaps you saw us at area festivals this summer or attended our own mini-festival at Hannah Community Center in June. Either way, all the shows this season have the energy of a large audience and that sense of festival fun.

Our premiere with Silent Lapse features the first time we have had a metal band on BackStage Pass. And this is our first season with all the programs in high definition!
