EAST LANSING, MI – General Motors on Wednesday said June vehicle sales in the United States fell 33% compared to year-ago numbers. But Lansing-made crossover vehicles fared better, all posting sales gains.
Sales of the Buick Enclave were up 26%. The GMC Acadia posted a 10% gain. And the Saturn Outlook climbed by 6%. All are assembled at GM's Lansing Delta Township plant.
However, Lansing-made Cadillacs all registered double-digit declines. The company says overall U.S. sales in June were up 10% compared to May.
