Someone should resign. That was the message delivered Thursday by members of a congressional oversight panel looking into the drinking water crisis in Flint.

While there seemed to be general agreement that someone should lose their job, the Michigan Public Radio Network’s Rick Pluta says Republicans and Democrats disagreed on just who that should be.
