Questions continue on Houghton's ethics

They are expected to review requests to investigate how councilmember-elect Tina Houghton's tax problems went unnoticed for two years while she served on the city's Parks and Recreation Board. WKAR's Rob South has been following the story, and spoke with Melissa Ingells.
