There's a primary election in Michigan in three weeks that will narrow the field of candidates for a number of offices, including the governor's race, and numerous seats in the House and Senate.
Rick Pluta, the Capitol Bureau Chief for the Michigan Public Radio Network, joined Melissa Ingells recently to talk about the turnover in the Legislature.
