Fellowes brings "Downton Abbey" to life, offering behind-the-scenes insight to the beloved PBS television show, and witty historical perspective. Fellowes discusses the sociohistorical context of the era, particularly as it relates to the changing role of women, the rise of technology, and the crumbling of class hierarchy in post-WWI Britain. Fellowes draws fascinating parallels between the world of Downton Abbey and the world of today. Get your "Downton Abbey" fix before the U.S. premiere of season 5 next January!
