By AP

LANSING, MI –
General Motors said Wednesday that it will invest $37 million in its Lansing Delta Township assembling plant. The money will be spent on tooling and equipment to improve its manufacturing capabilities.

The company builds Buick Enclave, Chevrolet Traverse and GMC Arcadia crossover vehicles at the plant, which opened in 2006. GM said sales of these vehicles grew 36 percent in September.
