Michigan State will play Butler on Saturday in the Final Four, with a trip to the national championship game on Monday night awaiting the winner.

Today, coach Tom Izzo spoke with reporters about the health of his team, the rumor that the University of Oregon might try to lure him away from MSU, and other topics.
