LANSING, MI – Professor Gerry Fisher is a long-time municipal law attorney. He's currently on the faculty of Cooley Law School in Auburn Hills. He says the recent law has created a huge challenge by creating a "parallel system" in which marijuana use is permissible for some, but not for others. His lengthy policy paper recommends a new Michigan marijuana law. WKAR's Mark Bashore spoke with Professor Fisher in the offices of the Michigan Municipal League in downtown Lansing.
