Ingham County faces major budget issues again next year.
The county's budget totals $204,000,000, with the general fund making up $79,000,000 of that. Board of Commissioners chairperson Debbie DeLeon tells WKAR's Scott Pohl that figure already looks to be $2,500,000 too high.
