I wanted to let all of my current and potential corporate supporters know that I am expecting to be out on maternity leave most of the summer. I am currently expecting my third BOY on June 14th. I do have some minor health issues with my pregnancy, so I would not be surprised if this baby comes towards the end of May.

With that said, if you are in need of my services for summer trades, contracts, etc., please contact me now so we can get you all set prior to my leaving. I expect to be back when school starts in August.

Yes, I know it is only August. It is still hot and the idea of cold and snow is just too much to think about right now. Yet, for us at WKAR the holiday season is upon us.

One of the may things we at WKAR look forward to each year is the airing of WKAR's Emmy Award winning broadcast of Silver Bells In the City's Electric Light Parade. This year will be the 5th year that WKAR airs this special live broadcast with our very own Susi Elkins hosting along with Fox 47's Bob Hoffman, and WLNZ's Mark Buzzita.

Season 3 of Forte is now in production here at the WKAR TV Studios. Below is a list of schools that are featured in season 3.
