Tim Skubick takes an in-depth look at the two Michigan candidates for governor and the issues they face in The Race for Governor: An Off the Record Special. The program explores critical issues making an impact on Michigan and the gubernatorial candidates' plans to address those issues. Skubick spends time on the campaign trail with Governor Jennifer Granholm and Republican challenger Dick DeVos, getting a behind the scenes look at the race and individual interviews with each candidate. Following the half hour investigative report, senior capitol correspondent Skubick hosts a studio panel. Scheduled to participate are John Truscott from the DeVos campaign, State GOP chair Saul Anuzis, State Democratic Party chair Mark Brewer and Chris DeWitt from the Granholm campaign. |
