Granholm's budget plan, business leaders favor lower rates but more taxed services, and a swine flu update. The guest is House Speaker Andy Dillon (D).

Representative Andy Dillon is in the final two years of his four-year stint as Democratic speaker of the House. He's on a mission to create a state-operated health care insurance system for more than 400,000 public employees, and is drawing fire for proposing it. Dillon is from Redford, has undergraduate and law degrees from Notre Dame and worked in the private equity field before entering politics. Speaker Dillon is also considering a bid for governor next year.
