Michigan Chamber of Commerce CEO and president Rich Studley is on the front lines of fighting for more road revenue, and is watching the business community debate on changing the Michigan Business Tax. Studley was policy director with the GOP State Senate from 1979-1981 and was city manger of Clare before entering state government. He holds a BA degree from Alma and his MSA from Central Michigan.
