William Lobenherz is the lobbyist for the Michigan Soft Drink Association, where he's been since 1989. Prior to that he has served as vice president for governmental affairs for Wayne State University, served two years as the associate executive director of the School Board Association and was legal counsel to the Legislative Service Bureau.

Rick Pluta, Susan Demas and Bill Ballenger join senior capitol correspondent Tim Skubick.
