Granholm misses out on a Supreme Court nomination, lawmakers head to Mackinac Island and GM heads for bankruptcy. The guest is Scott Hagerstrom, a leader of the anti-tax movement. Scott Hagerstrom is the Michigan director of Americans for Prosperity, a national group devoted to lower taxes, smaller government and reduced state spending. He was one of the organizers of the tea party on the capitol steps staged last month. Hagerstrom has 15 years of legislative experience, having worked for four previous lawmakers. He holds a degree from MSU and a law degree from Cooley Law School. Chris Christoff, Rick Pluta and Susan Demas join senior capitol correspondent Tim Skubick. |
