The Michigan jobless rate balloons, and Granholm pushes for new gasoline taxes. The guest is Representative Bill Rogers.

Representative Bill Rogers is a freshman Republican from Livingston County. He was recently elected as co-chair of the Freshman Caucus, composed of 44 new members of the House. Rogers previously served as chair of the Livingston County Board of Commissioners, was a member of the county Economic Development Council and served on a variety of other boards and commissions. Rogers holds a degree from MSU and is a residential builder.
