Stem cell research, a vote to raise taxes, and the Governor's job approval rating is in the tank. The guest is Rep. Andy Meisner (D) of Oakland County.

Representative Andy Meisner is a Democrat from Ferndale. He chairs the House Commerce Committee and serves on Education, Tax Policy and Judiciary committees. He is deeply involved in the adult stem cell research issue. Meisner holds an undergraduate degree from the U. of M. and his law degree from the University of Detroit Mercy. He was a legislative assistant and worked in corporate communications before entering the House four years ago.
