Election 2006: Democrats Press Nursing Home Charges
The campaign for governor Michigan grew hotter today as Democrats stepped up their charges that Republican nominee Dick DeVos tried to make money off nursing homes that abused and neglected their patients. DeVos's defense is that he had no knowledge of the investment at the time.
