Economy 2009: IT Partnership Seeks To Fill Local Tech Job Vacancies
Information technology is one of the few industries that’s actually thriving in today’s economy. From e-mail screens to e-coli scanners, IT permeates nearly every aspect of our lives.

We tend to take for granted the genius of electronic convenience.

The challenge is to fill the gap between those with and without access to technology.

In mid-Michigan, that gap translates into lost dollars and missed business opportunities.

WKAR’s Kevin Lavery reports on some local efforts to bridge the digital divide.
