Economy 2009: Governor To Call For Cuts And Tough Choices
Governor Granholm will outline plans to cut and streamline Michigan government in her State of the State address Tuesday.
The state is facing a $1.5 billion budget deficit in the coming fiscal year. The governor's aides say she will call for tough choices that will touch almost every Michigan resident.
The Michigan Public Radio Network's Rick Pluta reports.
