Economy 2009: Lansing Sends Stimulus List To Governor
WKAR reporter Rob South speaks with Mark Bashore about Lansing City Council review of city economic stimulus projects.
Governor Granholm has requested Michigan municipalities to compile lists of projects that could be included in the nation economic stimulus plan. President Obama has asked that states offer "shovel ready projects" to be included in the $815 billion plan.
Yesterday, the Lansing City Council reviewed the projects that Mayor Virg Bernero is including.
