Election 2008: Taylor Ousted From Michigan Supreme Court

There is a shift of power coming on the state Supreme Court. Republican Chief Justice Cliff Taylor has been unseated after 11 years on Michigan’s highest court. The winner is the Democratic nominee, Wayne County Circuit Judge Diane Hathaway. Rick Pluta of Michigan Public Radio reports.
