Election 2008: Proposal Two Spurs Debate At Michigan State University
Governor Granholm says she opposes the ballot question to legalize the use by prescription of marijuana for pain relief and other medicinal uses.
But she has given her enthusiastic backing to Proposal Two. That’s the ballot question that would allow infertile couples to donate embryos for medical research, and allow taxpayer funding to support it.
