Election 2008: Political Parties Try To Mobilize Absentee Voters
Political campaigns have moved to the get-out-the-vote stage of their election plans.
Campaigns and political parties are now focused almost exclusively on identifying supporters and getting them to vote.
An essential part of that effort is reaching people who are planning to vote by absentee ballot before the election on November 4.
Michigan Public Radio's Rick Pluta reports.
