Election 2008: Library Seeks New Millage
Since its creation ten years ago, the Capital Area District Library has seen visits and material checkouts double.

On Tuesday, voters will decide the fate of a millage proposal that would fund a system-wide construction and renovation effort.
WKAR's Scott Pohl reports on the scope of this new proposal.
