Jazz Selections Include Dave Brubeck
Doug Collar will feature the music of Dave Brubeck from 1959 on the July 12 edition of Jazz 'til Midnight.
Also included in the program are new releases from Vaughn Nark, Mike Wheeler, Bobby Broom and The Stephen Anderson Trio. Other flashbacks will feature David "Fathead" Newman in the '60s, The Bill Evans Trio in 1961 and Ornette Coleman.
Vocal selections will include numbers by Anne Phillips, Allison Ruble, King Pleasure, and Betty Carter.
